This is Heartical Sound dubplate tribute mix to the great late Jamaican singer and percussionist Noel Bartholomew Simms (1935 – 2017), better known by his nicknames Scully aka Zoot Simms aka Mr Foundation. As a percussionist, he was a member of several bands, including The Aggrovators, The Upsetters, The Revolutionaries or Roots Radics, he also played for Peter Tosh or Jimmy Cliff.
